Well, I am setting out to obtain my little part of the American Dream. I am going to become a home owner sometime in the near future! I have placed a bid on “my” house. It is a cute little house, just the right size for me! Not too big, not too small, but Just Right… yep like Goldilocks… now it is the waiting and negotiation time. During the time that I am waiting and negoatiating I am going to share some thoughts on the house hunting process.
